Auditions by appointment for Richmond Shakespeare production of Elizabeth Rex, by Timothy Findley. Director James Alexander Bond seeks 13 men and women ages 18 - 60. The show runs April 8th - May 2nd. (Part of "Minds Wide Open") Fourteen performances over four weeks.

Ned: Edward Lowenscroft, actor, mid-thirties. (Beatrice)
Jack: Jonathan Edmund, actor, late thirties. (Benedick)
Matt: Matthew Welles, actor, twenties. (Claudio)
Percy: Percy Gower, character actor, sixtie (Watch)
Harry: Henry Pearle, actor, eighteen. (Hero)

Performances are Thursday - Saturday eve's at 8pm, with two Sunday matinees at 2:30pm.

Auditioners are asked to present a one-minute monologue, (needn't be Shakespeare) with which you are very familiar/willing to play with, and on Wed may be asked to read from the script. Copies are available for perusal in the RS offices.
